Panda Express is the fastest growing quick service gourmet Chinese cuisine restaurant
in the United States. We are aggressively seeking locations in Regional and Super
Regional Shopping Centers; in high visibility power centers; at major street intersections;
on university campuses; in sports arenas; in grocery stores; and other non-traditional
sites. Although all restaurants are operated by the corporation, we look forward
to establishing relationships with developers, real estate brokers and landlords.

Please provide full information regarding rent, percentage rent, CAM, food court
CAM, Merchant Association Dues, Promotional Fees and other costs for review by PRG.
In addition, include a site plan and premise plan with actual dimensions. Our criteria
can be flexible, therefore, submit all sites that you believe may be of interest
